Multi Cultural Restaurant Tower

The concept for this building is to have a series of different cultural restaurants stacked vertically on top of each other in one building.

The further away a particular cultural is from the site itself - the higher up it is located in the Tower. The Japanese restaurant sits on the top floor, with the French restaurant located at first floor level.

The user enters a communal semi public space at Ground level where they can choose from a variety of menus that relate to the restaurants above.

The site around the building is used as a traditional open market place, where the public can buy local produce, Deployable market stalls used during business hours are later stored at the base of the tower.

Every major food cultural is represented at some level in the Tower, giving the user a unique dining experience every time they return to the same Building
